Health Monitoring

This module provides a comprehensive occupation health management system that monitors your workforce for signs of ill-health. Early detection with effective intervention reduces sick days.

Recognising health problems that can be made worse by work activities enables you to put controls in place to reduce potential risk. It also allows you to monitor the effectiveness of controls.

The Health Monitoring module is not an individual health diagnostic tool. It stores historical data and triggers alerts for future monitoring of staff health. Review of the data collected assists trend development and can identify potential risks in the workplace.

Current test types recorded are: 

• Hearing Tests - General checks and then monitoring and reporting for hearing loss.
• Eye Tests – General vision testing and referral to specialist if required.
• Lung Function Tests – Testing and monitoring for respiratory and lung function disease. 
• Cholesterol Levels – Measuring of bad and good cholesterol levels to identify which place individuals are at risk of heart attack or stroke.
• Blood Sugar Levels – Measuring of blood sugar levels to detect early signs of diabetes.
• Blood Pressure – Measuring blood pressure to identify high levels which place individuals at risk of heart disease or stroke.
