HR Dialogues
People are every company’s greatest asset and being able to consistently help your people develop to their full potential requires an effective human resources monitoring and development programme. When skill or knowledge gaps are found they can be improved and this exposes opportunities for training and advancement. Progress occurs more quickly and consistently.
The 1FiCS system has been designed so any company can review and record ongoing appraisals or dialogues effectively.
The evaluation process and questions are designed in the 1FiCS system and issued to the employee who uses it as a self improvement record. Suggestions and comments from both parties are recorded and may trigger further training or other actions. The evaluation records become part of the next formal appraisal to determine improvement and opportunities for further growth, training or advancement.
There are many reasons for using appraisals and when the process is simplified and the administrative time cost is reduced they can be used more frequently and more effectively.
