Action
This module is one of the most important as it centralises the various actions coming out of the individual modules and into one central location. It enables a user to review individual actions under the “My Actions” tab and to review actions by organisational structure.
At a glance review of the “My Actions” tab quickly gives the user visibility on workload and existing commitments. This allows acceptance or rejection of new commitments based on fact and frees the emotional pressure often associated with such requests.
