Job Safety Analysis
The Job Safety Analysis module identifies and assesses the hazards associated with a certain job, process or procedure. Once a job is broken down into its component levels, the analysis aims to identify the potential hazards involved in each step and then describe ways of controlling, mitigating or eliminating each hazard.
This system is designed so that you can create your own job safety analysis templates with sets of questions. Choosing from agreed and predefined answers to those questions you can predetermine the course of actions and establish hazards.
Once a hazard has been established the system links you automatically into the Hazards module for a formal risk assessment and planning of actions and monitoring as required.
Each Job Safety Analysis is saved as a template with it’s history and direct links to all related hazards.
